Roy McCullum was one TSC most experienced superintendents. With over 30 years of overall construction experience, he is considered an expert in his field. Roy has been lead superintendent on many of TSC largest and high profiled projects. He is a strong, professional leader and is able to obtain positive results in the field by developing clear goals and maintaining open communications, from that Roy has started to direct all of TSC construction and field operations.

Sherika Spence is the backbone of TSC . As Project Administrator , she manages all job cost, inclusive of contractor payment requisition, engineering requisitions, change-orders, and vendor payments.

Ian Coleman

Senior Superintendent

Ian has over 20 years of construction industry experience. He assists and is responsible for day-to-day supervision and coordination of subcontractors and all construction activities, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of the schedule, site logistics plan, and quality control. Ian is also responsible for on site documentation including contractor’s activity, and daily reports, safety incidents and unusual project conditions and/or problems. He also organizes and conduct weekly Subcontractor meetings and safety trainings.
